Mentoring competitive athletes to turn their injury into the best thing that ever happened.
Join The Conquest CirclePrinceton. Villanova. Two-time Ivy League Champion. Division 1 All-American.
Mentorship built to help you take back control, rebuild your confidence, and own your Injury Conquest.
One hour with me, one on one. You bring the truth. You leave with a plan built for your phase. Optional, never required.
The signature offer, and the door most athletes walk through. The Conqueror's Mentality curriculum, self-paced. Live coaching with me three times a month. And a permanent room of Injury Conquerors fighting the same fight.
Private one on one, capped at four to six athletes. There is no enroll button. The only way in is a Comeback Consult, where we find out together whether it is the right call.
It was about unlocking a version of myself that did not exist before it. That is the part nobody trains, and it decides whether you come back the same or come back forged.
After my fourth major surgery in 2023, I realized nobody was training the one thing that decides whether you just recover or truly conquer: your mind.
So I built the Conqueror's Mentality out of what I lived. Eight procedures. Six major joint surgeries. The first at thirteen, the most recent in January 2026. Between them, two Ivy League championships at Princeton, a Division 1 All-American season at Villanova, and a Princeton degree, where I also studied the psychological toll of injury.
Since then I have worked privately with athletes fighting the same battle. Now I am putting the whole framework inside The Conquest Circle so more of them can run it.
Your surgeon owns the repair. Your physical therapist owns the rehab. I own the Conquest. I'm Tyler Sandoval, and I didn't recover from my injuries. I conquered them.
Your rehab has a protocol. Your day has a plan. Then you go home, the work runs out, and the house gets quiet. That is where the real fight is, and nobody scheduled it.
Procedures lived, not studied.
Major joint surgeries. I came back better after every one.
Lessons in the Conqueror's Mentality curriculum, fully authored.
Injury recovery is the baseline. Injury Conquest is the difference.
It is earned through three phases. Control, then Confidence, then Conquest. In that order.
Injury welds who you are to what your body just did. Control is where you pry those apart and put a roadmap into the hours rehab does not fill. Less reacting. More running your own day.
Confidence stops being something you perform and starts being something you earn. The scoreboard moves onto daily reps you control, not onto how the joint feels that morning.
The work ahead, executed. Discipline, aligned action, and a standard built to outlast the injury that started it.
Committed to Princeton eight months post-op, at fourteen.
Named NSCHSAA Championship game MVP nine months post-op.
Named starting faceoff specialist at Princeton six months post-op.
Two-time Ivy League Champion. Committed to Villanova.
Division 1 All-American. Two-time Big East Specialist of the Week. Top ten faceoff specialist in Division 1.
Estimated recovery time: 9-12 months. Conquered in 5 months.
Plus two non-surgical PRP injections in 2021, after which I was named MVP of my first NCAA tournament game and led Princeton to the Final Four. Eight procedures total.
Most athletes belong in the Circle. Either front door works.

"Injury Conquest helped me shift my mindset from worrying about my injury to focusing on what I could control each day. That change gave me more confidence, helped me trust the recovery process, and allowed me to enjoy competing again."

No. Injury Conquest never gives medical advice, rehab protocols, or exercise programming. Your surgeon and your PT own the body. I own the mind, and I work alongside them, never around them.
A sequenced mental operating system for injured athletes, earned through three phases in order: Control, Confidence, Conquest. I built it out of eight procedures and six major joint surgeries, then formalized it into a 24-lesson curriculum you run inside The Conquest Circle.
That belief is exactly what Injury Conquest exists to counter. The mind runs on its own clock and does not automatically catch up with the body. Left to chance, it is why so many athletes come back and never feel like themselves again.
Yes, with your parent. Your parent completes your enrollment. We never go around a parent.
